		<description>I like Ryan&#039;s RAK idea&#039;s.  Even if it&#039;s a small group thing.  I&#039;m not sure that we&#039;ve gained many more members for small groups.  As a small group leader, I feel like I&#039;m doing my thing with my 4 girls(which are great) but we get comfortable and can get stuck in more of a social rut at times.  We are working on some RAK&#039;s though.</description>
